Aubrey and I are always looking for ways to spice up the winter doldrums this time of year. It seems like the fall and early winter are filled with activities to take your mind off the weather and the cabin fever. Then, January hits and you don't have anything to look forward to for months.
When election days come around, we usually just sit around watching the returns come in and check things out anyway, so this year we decided to have a "Super Tuesday Party." After work, we're going to hunker down for the night, make some finger foods, crack a bottle of wine and probably some beers, and let the good times roll. It'll just be the two of us, so this isn't going to be some crazy neighborhood party, but it should be fun.
It may sound lame to some, but I need something to look forward to. This weather would drive a person to ax-murder.
